Privacy Policy — Cut Waitlist

This privacy policy applies to the joincut.app landing page and waitlist only. A separate policy will apply to the Cut app when it launches.

What data we collect

When you sign up to the Cut waitlist, we collect your email address and the date and time you signed up. We do not collect your name, phone number, health data, or any information about your nicotine use.

We do not use cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics collects anonymised, aggregated traffic data — no individual is tracked and no cookies are set.

Why we collect it

We collect your email to send you updates about when Cut launches and to invite you to early access. The lawful basis under UK GDPR is legitimate interest.

Who we share it with

• Kit (formerly ConvertKit) — email platform. Transfers data to the USA under Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Cloudflare — hosting. Server logs deleted within 24 hours.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, until you request deletion, or until Cut does not launch within 24 months of your sign-up — whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, or receive a copy of your data, and to object to processing. Email sam@nordic-knight.com with "Privacy" in the subject. We will respond within 30 days.
